WORLD SUPERBIKE CHAMPIONSHIP 2025 – VENUE ACCESS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The present Venue Access Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) of the National Event Management Agency Non-Profit Ltd. (seated at 1134 Budapest, Váci út 35., hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”) for the World Superbike Championship 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”) establish the mandatory entry and conduct regulations applicable to the Event. Any individual attending the Event (hereinafter referred to as “Visitor”) shall comply with these Terms and with the Rules of Operation of the Event venue (Budapest Park Circuit, Balatonfőkajár) while present within the Event venue. By entering and being present at the Event venue, the Visitor expressly accepts and acknowledges these Terms as binding and agrees to comply with all instructions and information provided by the Organiser.

These Terms will be displayed and made accessible to all Visitors at the entrances and exits of the Event venue. They will also be available on the official Event website: https://superbikeofhungary.com/

Duration of the Event: 25-27 of July 2025

Visitors under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult entering the Event.

Pursuant to Act CXXXIII of 2005 on the Rules of Personal and Property Protection and Private Investigation, the Organiser is entitled to verify the identity of Visitors, to search the bags of visitors upon entry, prevent specified items from being brought into the Event venue, and request the departure of individuals disrupting the Event.

Food and drink (in plastic bottles up to 0.7 liters per parson) may only be brought into the Event venue for personal use, as well as handbags/backpacks, strollers and umbrellas (except in the stands).
For safety reasons, it is strictly prohibited to bring sharp or dangerous objects (e.g. knives, explosives, and weapons), drugs, harmful, flammable substances or poisons, fireworks, smoke bombs, firecrackers, laser pointers, horns, aerosol spray cans (such as hair sprays, deodorants, mosquito repellents), suitcases, shopping carts, glass bottles, musical instruments, drones or other remote-controlled aircraft, tents, sleeping bags, scooters, chairs, tables and helmets into the Event venue, with reference to the provisions of Government Decree 175/2003 (X. 28.) on devices particularly dangerous to public safety.
The list provided in the previous point is not exhaustive, and the Organizer and/or any authorized personnel may prohibit or restrict additional items that are deemed to pose a security risk to Visitors and participants.

It is prohibited to bring animals into the Event venue, except for assistance dogs, guide dogs for the visually impaired, and police dogs as defined by law.

Visitors must adhere to generally accepted rules of conduct, relevant laws, and these Terms while at the Event venue. Visitors must not engage in any activities that disrupt, obstruct, or endanger the safety of individuals and property at Event, in particular:

Endanger the life, physical integrity, property rights, or possession of others, or their immediate environment – if the Visitor does not cease such unlawful behaviour following a warning from the Organiser, their entry may be denied, or they may be removed from the Event.

Engage in behaviour that would otherwise warrant police intervention – if the Visitor does not cease such unlawful behaviour following a warning from the Organiser, their entry may be denied, or they may be removed from the Event.

Racist, hate-mongering, fear-mongering, offensive, abusive, violent, defamatory, discriminatory, disruptive of public order or sporting competitions, or conduct not related to fair sportsmanship – if the Visitor does not cease such unlawful behaviour following a warning from the Organiser, their entry may be denied, or they may be removed from the Event.

Visitors acknowledge that the Event is continuously filmed, audio recorded and broadcasted by the Organiser, its contractors, contributors and press personnel with the permission of the Organiser. The Visitor may be shown on the LED walls at the venue location at any time. Accordingly, by attending in the Event, Visitors expressly consent to being identified in broadcasts, videos, photographs and audio recordings without any compensation due to them with the understanding that they can only be named with their explicit consent. Public figure visitors can be named without their consent.
The Organiser, in its quality as the author of the foregoing pictures shall have unlimited, transferable and exclusive usage rights in respect of the Visitors. The Organiser and any person licensed by the Organiser are entitled to publish, utilize, use (in particular for the promotion of the Event), reproduce, adapt, publish, transmit to the public and distribute the recordings without any limitation and without any obligation to pay any consideration whatsoever to the Visitor.
Visitors acknowledge that the Organiser may record the programs at the Event, reproduce the recorded footage, and distribute, broadcast them, or otherwise transmit them to the public
Visitors have no right to claim or demand any compensation from the Organiser regarding the display specified in the preceding points.
Other than the activities planned by the Organiser, no economic, commercial or advertising activities of any kind are allowed in the Event venue, including the area in front of the Event entrance.

No alcoholic beverages may be served to persons under the age of eighteen (18) in catering units.

Demonstrations of any kind – regardless of the number of participants – unrelated to the events organised by the Organiser is prohibited.

Contributors with appropriate qualifications and licences will ensure that conduct and safety regulations are enforced on the Event premises.

Please do not litter in the Event premises!
Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are only permitted in designated areas of the Event.
Visitors acknowledge that that products and services may be offered at the Event venue which are not provided by the Organiser but by other contractual partners (in particular, but not exclusively, food and beverages offered by catering establishments). In such cases, a contractual relationship is established directly between the Visitor as a consumer and the contractual partner, which are directly entitled to and bound by the rights and obligations arising from the legal relationship. Visitors expressly acknowledge that he/she may not assert any claims against the Organiser in connection with the products and services referred to in this clause or the contractual relationship thus established.
Continuous first aid and medical assistance are provided at the Event
Visitors release the Organiser from liability and waives all liability for any bodily injury, property damage or loss of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Event caused by their own conduct, even if the injury, damage or loss is caused by the Organiser, whether based on contract or tort. This release and waiver do not apply if the injury, damage or loss is caused by the intentional misconduct or gross negligence; in such cases, liability is limited to the organizing entity, subcontractor or participant who acted with intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
The Event will not be held in the event of extreme weather conditions (e.g. stormy winds, prolonged and heavy rain, lightning) or if the competent authorities mandate its suspension or closure due to force majeure.

Any comments or complaints about catering, organisation or other issues, can be directed to the staff at the information points indicated on the map. Lost and found items can also be handed in at these information points, and inquiries about lost items can be made there.
The Organiser shall not be liable for any valuables placed or left in the Event venue.

Cash and credit card payments are accepted at the Event.

Parking is only permitted in areas designated for this purpose and with a valid parking permit.
The Organiser reserves the right to make changes.
