HUMDA Hungarian Mobility Development Agency (registered office: 1113 Budapest, Dávid Ferenc Street 4–6., Company registration number: 01 10 048684, Tax number: 25427385-2-43, hereinafter referred to as: Organizer), as the organizer, is conducting the prize game titled “Superbike Pit Lane Walk” (hereinafter referred to as: Prize Game) under the following game rules.

1. Conditions of Participation

Only those may participate in the Prize Game who accept these Rules and the Organizer’s privacy policy, as set out on the Superbike of Hungary (superbikeofhungary.com) website (hereinafter: Participant).
If the Participant is of limited or no legal capacity, registration and participation in the Prize Game are only permitted with the consent of their legal representative.
The Organizer is not liable for any errors or omissions in the personal data provided by the Participant.
Employees of the Organizer and their relatives are excluded from the Prize Game.
Participation in the Prize Game constitutes automatic acceptance of these Rules.

2. Duration of the Game

• Start: 18 July 2025, 10:00 AM
• End: 23 July 2025, 11:59 PM

Prize and Announcement: 100 winners will be drawn at random among those who registered via the form.

• Draw Date: 24 July 2025, 10:00 AM
• Closing Time of the Prize Game: 23 July 2025, 11:59 PM
• Winner Announcement: 24 July 2025, 12:00 PM via email to the address provided by the Participant.

3. How to Participate

1. Visit the Superbike of Hungary website!
2. Read the details!
3. Register your Paddock add-on ticket number via the form!
4. Select the days you would like to participate in the pit lane visit!

A Participant may enter the game twice if they purchased Superbike tickets for both Saturday and Sunday.

4. About the Prize

The following prizes can be won in the Prize Game:

• 100 pit lane walk bracelet to access to the pit lane.

Validity: 26 and/or 27 July 2025.
Each bracelet can be used once and must be redeemed in person.
The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The Organizer will notify winners via email with details on how to claim their prize. The Organizer provides no warranty or guarantee for the prizes and will not distribute any prizes other than those listed in these Rules.

By submitting the form, the Participant acknowledges that the content, performance, messaging, data transmission, and response speed of the Game depend on the supporting technology. Factors beyond the Organizer’s control, such as (but not limited to) connection errors, server performance, and secure network maintenance, may adversely affect these elements. The Organizer disclaims any liability arising from such factors.

5. Validation of Participation

The Organizer may verify responses to ensure compliance with the Game Rules. If the response or the Participant does not meet these conditions for any reason, the Participant may be excluded from the Game. The Organizer reserves the right to remove registrations that violate these principles and exclude the Participant from the Game.

6. Unclaimed Prizes

If a winner does not claim their prize, they cannot subsequently demand it from the Organizer.

7. Right to Modify the Rules

The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Game Rules at any time for justified reasons.

8. Data Protection

The Organizer uses personal data exclusively for the purpose of delivering the prize and only for the duration necessary for this service. HUMDA will not disclose Participants’ personal data to third parties without prior, properly informed consent.
